✦ BASE PRICE ✦
Base price gets you:
✦ Two symmetrical fullbodies - one clothed one not OR a front and back view (Can be front or 3/4 facing)
✦ Colour palette in whatever shape you choose!
✦ Simple small detail add-ons, such as separate shot of the eyes, pawpad colours or tail
✦ Any additional info you would like (Such as name, age, species, likes and dislikes, notes on the design etc.)
✦ Expression changes on the second fullbody or adding simple accessories (Such as piercings, a simple bandana, collar, necklace etc.)
✦ ADD ONS ✦
✦ Complex items / inventory = +$10 each
✦ Complex design fee = +$15
✦ Pelt view (Front or back) = +$15 each
✦ Additional bust / headshot = +$20 each
✦ Additional / alternate outfit mini = +$30 each ( or +$20 for each extra done on the same base)
✦ Additional fullbody on-base = +$20
✦ Additional fullbody off-base = +$40Any other additions don't have a set price and can be discussed!Be aware that the add-on prices might increase with complexity.

Please read my TOS before commissioning me.By commissioning me you agree to have read the Terms of Service and state this is a binding contract.
ARTIST'S RIGHTS
I have the right to update the TOS at any time.I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.I have the right to upload the artwork to social media and use them as commission examples (Unless the commissioner requests it to be a private commission beforehand).
GENERAL
I like to experiment with my art style, so if there's anything specific you're looking for please let me know before I begin working on your commission.A CLEAR UNSHADED REFERENCE IS REQUIRED.All commissions come with an unwatermarked file.✔️ I WILL DRAW: Anthro, feral, humanoids, monsters, dragons, Pokemon, fan characters, self-ship, self-insert, simple blood/gore❌ I WILL NOT DRAW: Complex backgrounds, NSFW, fetish, complex mecha/armour/weapons, political or offensive themes (Racism, nazism, transpohobia, homophobia etc.)You may ask for any type of changes in the sketch phase. After the art is lined and coloured you may only request minor changes. If unsure, ask me about it!I won't make any changes to the art after you've already approved the final piece.
PAYMENT PROCESS AND CHARGES
I accept payment through paypal invoices ONLY and the payment must be sent in full before I start working on a commission. If the payment has not been received within 48 hours of the invoice the commission will be cancelled.Complexity of a character or additional things like accessories, props or themes might affect the price.My prices are in USD but once received I convert them to GBP. If you wish to pay directly in GBP let me know beforehand.
REFUNDS AND WAIT TIME
Wait time varies depending on the type of commission as well as my current queue, ranging from couple days to up to 2 months, depending on my worload and your place in the queue.Commissioners will be notified of any further delays.Refunds are available as follows:✦ If I haven't started your commission = 100% refund
✦ If your commission is in sketching phase = 70% refund
✦ If your commission is in lining phase = 50% refund
✦ If your commission is in colouring/finishing stage = 25% refundTIPS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!If your commission has been finished and the files have been sent to you, you are no longer entitled to any refunds.
USING MY ART
✦ You may not trace, edit, sell or claim my artwork as your own.✦ You may not remove my signature from my artwork.✦ You may not use my art in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrencies, or future inventions in the space.✦ You may not use my art in any AI training or AI related programs.My artwork can only be used by the commissioner/character owner for personal uses.If you want to use my art for commercial uses, it can be discussed.The only instance in which my artwork can be edited, would be changing the name or other information on a character reference.
USING MY DESIGNS
Do not claim any of my designs as your own.If you upload my design to Toyhou.se, please credit me (@critterlin)✔️ I WILL DESIGN: Anthros, dragons, monsters, Pokemon, humanoid designs❌ I WILL NOT DESIGN: Humans, any character based on or including offensive themes (Homophobia, transphobia, racism, ableism etc.), complicated mecha or steampunkMy artwork and design can only be used by the owner for personal use.If you want to use my designs for commercial uses, it can be discussed.
EDITING MY DESIGNS
You may edit/make changes to my original artwork, as long as it's clearly stated somewhere that the original artwork is mine.You may change a character's information on a reference sheet (Changing their name, pronouns, age etc.)You may edit the design itself in however many ways you want, as long as you credit me as the original designer.
TRADING AND RE-SELLING
You may only resell my designs for the original price unless it comes with extra things.That includes plushies, digital or traditional art (Your own art or commissioned art), fursuits etc.Refunds are not available for designs you purchase from me.You may however sell the design to a different person.
Violators of my T.O.S will be blacklisted from future commissions.
